The Panel meeting will be held in room 500-B, 1110 Vermont Ave. Street, NW, Washington DC. NSF will reimburse you at a fixed rate of $160 for each day you are travelling in connection with this panel. All taxi, car rental and similar expenses as well as hotel and meal costs are included in this $160. Regardless of your actual expenses you will receive the full $160 fixed rate. ( The rate is reduced for local residence in the area.) In addition you will receive a $100 a day honorium. I do need to get your home address from you, so it can be added to the database in the finanical system at NSF for reimbursement purposes.
